Hong Kong Observatory and Senior Citizen Home Safety Association hold joint press conference

The Hong Kong Observatory and the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association held a joint press conference on 17 November 2025 to remind the public – especially the elderly, people with chronic diseases, or those planning outdoor activities – to pay attention to weather changes, and prepare appropriate measures for keeping warm as winter approached.
