Observatory colleagues participate in the Asia Pacific Regional Meeting of the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers’ Associations

At the invitation of the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers’ Associations, Senior Scientific Officer Mr Kok Mang-hin and Scientific Officer Mr Chan Yan-chun attended the 41st Asia Pacific Regional Meeting of the Federation held in Macao on 20 October, sharing the Observatory’s meteorological services in support of air traffic management and airport operations, and introducing successful cases of collaboration with the Civil Aviation Department. The meeting brought together about 100 aviation professionals from about 15 countries and regions, focusing on airport operational safety and technological innovations under adverse weather conditions.
