Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong
Observatory.

The outer subsiding air of Severe Typhoon Dolphin is
affecting southeastern China. The weather is mainly fine
over the region. Besides, the area of low pressure over
Beibu Wan is bringing unsettled weather to the region.

At 10 p.m., Dolphin was centred about 140 kilometres
northwest of Okinawa. It is forecast to move west at about
10 kilometres per hour across the East China Sea.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 28
degrees tomorrow morning. Extremely hot during the day with
a maximum temperature of around 35 degrees in the urban
areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New
Territories. Isolated showers and thunderstorms later.
Moderate west to northwesterly winds, fresh on high ground
later tomorrow.

Outlook : Extremely hot persistently in the following couple
of days. Temperatures in some areas will reach 37 degrees or
above, but there will be isolated showers. High temperature
weather will continue midweek next week.
