Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is bringing mainly fine weather to the coast of Guangdong. At 5 a.m., the tropical depression over the seas east of the Philippines was centred about 640 kilometres east-southeast of Manila. It is forecast to move west at about 10 kilometres per hour across the central and southern parts of the Philippines. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine. Dry during the day with relatively low visibility in some areas. The maximum temperature will be around 23 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Mainly fine in the next couple of days, dry during the day. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas. Mainly cloudy midweek next week.
