Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong, and a band of clouds is covering the region. Locally, temperatures over most parts of the territory this morning were around four degrees lower than those of yesterday. Weather forecast for today Mainly cloudy. Rather cool in the morning. Dry with sunny periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 20 degrees. Moderate to fresh north to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground, becoming easterlies later. Outlook : Windy tomorrow, and still rather cool in the morning. Temperatures will rise during the day in the following couple of days.
