Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to the coast of Guangdong. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Fine. Cool tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be about 16 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 21 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Fine in the following couple of days. Still cool in the morning. Temperatures will rise slightly and dry during the day. The temperature difference between day and night will be rather large over inland areas. Cloudier midweek next week.
