Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Meanwhile, the band of clouds over the northeastern part of the South China Sea is edging closer to the coastal areas gradually. Besides, a broad area of low pressure is affecting the central part of the South China Sea. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Fine, dry and hot in the afternoon. Becoming cloudy with isolated showers tonight. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Windier over the weekend. More showers in some areas later tomorrow to Sunday. The weather will improve gradually in the following couple of days. Still a few showers in the morning and at night.
