Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to Guangdong. At 8 p.m., Tropical Storm Nokaen was centred about 480 kilometres east of Manila. It is forecast to move northeast slowly, lingering over the seas east of the Philippines. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Fine. The minimum temperature tomorrow morning will be about 19 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 23 degrees. Moderate easterly winds, occasionally fresh. Outlook : Winds will strengthen on Tuesday. Temperatures will fall appreciably at night. Becoming cold progressively with minimum temperatures of around 12 degrees in the following couple of days.
