Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over many places fell to about 60 per cent around noon. At noon, the tropical depression over the Philippines was centred about 380 kilometres southeast of Manila. It is forecast to move west at about 15 kilometres per hour across the central and southern parts of the Philippines. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly fine and dry in the afternoon. Cloudy periods tonight. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Fine and dry tomorrow. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas. Mainly cloudy in the middle to latter parts of this week. Winds will strengthen from the north and appreciably cooler over the weekend.
