Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting Guangdong. Besides, the cold front over central China is moving southwards gradually. It is expected to move across the coast of Guangdong tonight to early tomorrow. Weather forecast for today Cloudy periods at first. Mainly fine and dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 27 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Becoming cloudy with fresh northerlies at night, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground. Outlook : It will be appreciably cooler and windy tomorrow. Temperatures will drop to about 14 degrees in the urban areas on Wednesday, and it will be cold over parts of the New Territories. The weather will improve gradually in the latter part of this week. It will be very dry during the day. Daytime temperatures will rise progressively. However, it will remain cool in the morning.
