Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The cold front over the northern part of southern China is moving southwards gradually. It is expected to move across the coastal areas tonight. Meanwhile, thundery showers are affecting the northern part of the South China Sea and the coast of Guangdong. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly cloudy with a few showers. Sunny intervals at first in the afternoon. More showers gradually with a few squally thunderstorms. Showers will be heavier in some areas later. Light winds. Winds will strengthen from the north at night, and temperatures will fall progressively. Outlook : There will still be showers at first tomorrow. It will be appreciably cooler in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 19 degrees. The weather will improve and it will be dry during the day on Monday. Hot with sunny periods and a few showers in the following couple of days.
