TROPICAL CYCLONES IN 2017

10-minute mean wind direction and speed recorded at various stations in Hong Kong at 10 a.m. on 23 August 2017. Winds were generally from the east to northeast over the territory, with winds reaching hurricane force at Cheung Chau Beach, Tate’s Cairn and Ngong Ping at that time.
