Community Weather Observation Scheme Photo Gallery

The Observatory has launched a new weather photo gallery on its website, to display selected photos that have been contributed by photography enthusiasts in the Community Weather Observing Scheme (CWOS) Facebook group in recent years. The photos are classified into five categories: Symphony of Clouds, Atmospheric Optics, Celestial Wonders, Lightning Flashes and Other Weather Phenomena. The gallery also provides information and links to enhance public education on meteorology, and arouse people’s interest in weather observation and appreciation.
