Online Sharing of the Observatory's Research and Development with UK Doctoral Students

For the first time, Observatory staff delivered an online talk to doctoral students of the University of Reading and Imperial College London in the United Kingdom. In the talk, the work, research and development activities at the Observatory were introduced, and research experience in the application of machine learning to nowcasting was shared. Several doctoral students from these two universities have participated in the Observatory's research and development activities in the past two years.
