Strong winds in Hong Kong adjacent waters, Nan'ao, Shanwei and south of Hong Kong. Weather Situation: At noon, Tropical Storm Podul with maximum sustained winds of about 65 kilometres per hour near its centre was located at 25.0 degrees north, 114.2 degrees east, it is forecast to move west-northwest at about 28 kilometres per hour across the northern part of Guangdong, moving into central China and weakening further. Area forecasts for the next 24 hours Hong Kong Adjacent Waters: South to southwest force 5 to 6, gusts occasionally up to force 10 at first, becoming east up to force 6 later. Frequent heavy squally showers and severe squally thunderstorms. Rough seas. Nan'ao: South force 4 to 5, occasionally force 6, becoming east to southeast up to force 6 later.
