9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The easterly airstream is expected to persist over the coast of southern China in the next few days. It will be mainly cloudy and relatively humid over the region. With a trough of low pressure developing over central China midweek this week and gradually edging closer to the coastal areas of Guangdong, there will be occasional showers over the region in the latter part of this week, and there may be isolated thunderstorms. The northeast monsoon will affect southern China gradually early next week, temperatures will fall slightly over the region.
