Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting southern China. A band of clouds is covering the coastal areas. Besides, the area of low pressure over the seas east of the Philippines is bringing unsettled weather to the region. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly cloudy. One or two light rain patches overnight. The minimum temperatures will be about 19 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry with sunny periods during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 22 degrees. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground at first tomorrow. Outlook : Fine in the following few days, dry during the day. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large.
