Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting the coastal areas of Guangdong. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is covering southeastern China. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Cloudy periods overnight. The minimum temperature tomorrow morning will be about 13 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories, where it will be cold in some areas. Mainly fine and dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 19 degrees. Moderate northeasterly winds, occasionally fresh later. Outlook : Sunny periods with cool mornings in the following couple of days. Warm during the day on Thursday and Friday.
