Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Locally, temperatures over most parts of the territory in the afternoon were three to four degrees lower than those of yesterday. Meanwhile, a broad band of clouds is covering southern China. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly cloudy. Rather cool with one or two light rain patches tonight and tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be around 14 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Very dry with bright periods in the afternoon. The maximum temperature will be about 18 degrees. Moderate northerly winds, fresh offshore at first. Outlook : Becoming fine during the day on Friday, very dry with temperatures rising. Warm during the day in the following few days. Temperature difference between day and night will be rather large.
