Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine and very dry weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over most parts of the territory fell below 40 per cent around noon. At noon, Tropical Storm Nokaen was centred about 450 kilometres east of Manila. It is forecast to move northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour, lingering over the seas east of the Philippines. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight It will be fine. Warm and very dry in the afternoon. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Persistently mainly fine in the next couple of days. Warm during the day. Winds will strengthen on Tuesday. Temperatures will fall appreciably at night. Becoming cold progressively with minimum temperatures of around 12 degrees in the following couple of days.
