Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over many places stayed at 50 per cent or below in the afternoon. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow It will be fine. The minimum temperature tomorrow morning will be about 17 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 24 degrees. Moderate to fresh easterly winds, occasionally strong offshore at first. Outlook : Mainly fine on Monday, dry during the day. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas. Warm during the day midweek next week. The weather will become humid gradually.
