Warnings:
Strong winds in Hong Kong adjacent waters, Nan'ao, Shanwei
and south of Hong Kong.
Weather Situation:
The northeast monsoon is affecting the coastal waters of
Guangdong.
At 10 p.m., Severe Typhoon Champi with maximum sustained
winds of about 155 kilometres per hour near its centre was
located at 24.8 degrees north, 122.6 degrees east. It is
forecast to move north at about 12 kilometres per hour
towards the East China Sea.

Hong Kong Adjacent Waters：
North force 4 to 5, occasionally force 6.
Moderate to rough seas.
Nan'ao：
North force 5 to 6, force 7 at first.
Moderate to rough seas.
Shanwei and South of Hong Kong：
North force 5 to 6.
Moderate to rough seas.
Shangchuan Dao：
North to northwest force 4 to 5.
Moderate seas.
Outlook for the following 48 hours
North to northwesterly winds of force 4 to 5, up to force 6
at first, becoming northeasterly winds of force 5.
