Areas of thundery showers associated with upper-air
disturbances are affecting the vicinity of the Pearl River
Estuary. Locally, showers will be heavier in some areas with
a few squally thunderstorms in the next couple of hours.
Members of the public should be aware of the change in
weather.
Special Landslip Advisory: Rain has been particularly heavy
in North New Territories; and may cause landslides. Pay
special attention to landslide risk and stay away from
slopes. If landslide occurs nearby, leave immediately and
call the Police under safe conditions.

The Thunderstorm Warning has been issued. It will remain
effective until 1:00 a.m. today. A few squally thunderstorms
are expected to occur over Hong Kong.
