Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Besides, a band of clouds is covering southern China. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly cloudy and dry. Cool tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be about 16 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Sunny periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 20 degrees. Moderate northeasterly winds, becoming moderate to fresh easterlies tomorrow. Outlook : Sunny periods with temperatures rising midweek this week, but the temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas. Mainly cloudy towards the weekend.
