Strong winds in Hong Kong adjacent waters, south of Hong
Kong and Shangchuan Dao.
Weather Situation:
At 3 a.m., Tropical Depression Tapah with maximum sustained
winds of about 55 kilometres per hour near its centre was
located at 24.1 degrees north, 110.3 degrees east. It is
forecast to move northwest at about 12 kilometres per hour
across inland Guangxi and dissipate gradually.
