Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. An anticyclone aloft is affecting the northern part of the South China Sea. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is covering Guangdong. At 2 a.m., Tropical Depression Hagupit was centred about 1220 kilometres east-southeast of Manila. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 12 kilometres per hour towards the seas east of the Philippines. Weather forecast for today Becoming cloudy. Sunny intervals during the day. Temperatures will range between 23 and 28 degrees. Light to moderate east to southeasterly winds. Outlook : Sunny periods and isolated showers in the following couple of days. Hot during the day. The weather will be unsettled with showers increasing and thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday.
