Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Winds are weak and the weather is mainly fine over the coast of Guangdong. At 5 a.m., Tropical Depression Krovanh was centred about 290 kilometres southeast of Kagoshima. It is forecast to move north at about 18 kilometres per hour towards the vicinity of Shikoku to Honshu of Japan. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine. Very hot during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 33 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light winds. Outlook : Sunny periods and one or two showers in the next couple of days. Windier with a few showers over the weekend.
