Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting Guangdong, the weather is mainly fine over the region. At 2 a.m., Severe Tropical Storm Champi was centred about 740 kilometres west-southwest of Kagoshima. It is forecast to move northeast at about 22 kilometres per hour across the East China Sea and weaken progressively. Weather forecast for today Fine and dry. The minimum temperature in the morning will be about 25 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 31 degrees during the day. Moderate north to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Mainly fine on Monday. Windier and becoming cloudier gradually in the following couple of days.
