A moist maritime airstream affected the south China coast on 27 March 2007. The visibility at Waglan Island once fell below 5,000m that morning. Sung Kong and Po Toi could not be observed from Waglan Island based on the photo at around 8:10 a.m. The two islands are about 1,800m and 3,700m to the west of Waglan Island respectively. The sea fog continued to edge west. The weather camera at Peng Chau looking towards the east also failed to show Siu Kau Yi Chau around 8:45 a.m.
