Fog (24th February 2005)

Visibility reduction sometimes occurs in spring in Hong Kong due to the presence of a moist maritime airstream. On 24 February 2005, fog reduced the visibility at Cheung Chau to below 1000 metres at one time. The visibility improved to around 2000 metres in the afternoon.
