Hong Kong Observatory to hold public talks on "Weather and Everyday Life"

The Hong Kong Observatory will conduct talks on "Weather and Everyday Life" in June and July 2008 to foster public understanding of the weather and to promote disaster preparedness. Topics include the weather elements and systems affecting our everyday lives as well as warnings operated by the observatory. The schedule is as follows:
