To help the public know more about how the weather elements are measured, the Hong Kong Observatory would like to announce the launch of a new web page on weather instruments commonly used in Hong Kong (18 July 2003). Through this web page, the public can get to know how weather elements such as temperature, humidity, pressure, cloud height, rainfall and visibility are measured.
