More schools and organizations joining the "Community Weather Information Network"

The number of members of "Community Weather Information Network" (Co-WIN) continues to increase. Up to 7 Mar 2014, there are totally 137 members. The new members of Co-WIN are:

(a) C.C.C. Kei Wa Primary School (Wong Tai Sin District) (code 134)
(b) C.C.C. Kei Wai Primary School (Tsuen Wan District) (code 135)
(c) Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps (Tang Shiu Kin Nautical Centre) (Sai Kung District) (code 136)
(d) Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps (Jubilee Centre) (Southern District) (code 137)

The Co-WIN is a collaborative effort of the Hong Kong Observatory, and the Department of Applied Physics of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The aim is to gather weather information collected by weather stations in schools and organizations, and make it available on the internet for use by the public after carrying out appropriate data quality assurance.
