More schools joining the "Community Weather Information Network"

The number of members of "Community Weather Information Network" (Co-WIN) continues to increase andhas exceeded 100. Up to 8 November 2011, there are totally 105 members. The members newly joining Co-WIN are:

(a) Sha Tin College (Shatin District) (code 99)
(b) S.K.H. Chi Fu Chi Nam Primary School (Southern District) (code 100)
(c) Good Counsel Catholic Primary School (Sham Shui Po District) (code 101)
(d) Salesian English School (Eastern District) (code 102)
(e) Bishop Hall Jubilee School (Kowloon City District) (code 103)
(f) CMA Choi Cheung Kok Secondary School (Tuen Mun District) (code 104)
(g) St Stephen's Girls' College (Central & Western) (code 105)

The Co-WIN is a collaborative effort of the Hong Kong Observatory and the Department of Applied Physics of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The aim is to gather weather information collected by weather stations in schools and organizations, and make it available on the internet for use by the public after carrying out appropriate data quality assurance.
