Enhanced tropical cyclone information service

The Tropical Cyclone Track Information webpage (Geographic Information System version) has been enhanced today (12 June) with the capability to overlay the radar imageries from the Hong Kong Observatory. The new feature will help the user appreciate the extent of the rainbands associated with the tropical cyclones in the proximity of Hong Kong. Members of the public can browse the enhanced webpage at http://www.weather.gov.hk/wxinfo/currwx/tc_gis_e.htm.
