More Frequent Updates of "Rainfall Nowcast for the Pearl River Delta Region"

Commencing today, 27 March 2014, the Hong Kong Observatory provides more frequent update of the "Rainfall Nowcast for the Pearl River Delta Region" from once every half-hour to once every 12 minutes. This rainfall nowcast product features the evolution of rainfall distribution in the next 2 hours.
As rain can develop very rapidly, more frequent updates of rainfall nowcast would show more detailed evolvement of the rain, enabling users to better understand the expected change in rainfall situation.
