New Version 4.5 of "MyObservatory" for Android

The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) launched a new version of "MyObservatory" today (2 November 2015) for the Android platform (version 4.5), featuring "Instant Weather" and enhanced functions for "Radar Images".

The new function "Instant Weather" delivers latest weather information to users on notification and status bars conveniently. Besides, a new option of displaying terrain is incorporated in the "Radar Images". The 64-km range radar imageries are also updated more frequently at 6-minute intervals.

The "MyObservatory" is a free app. Users are welcome to download in Play Store.
