"Cool Met Stuff" : Special Series for Hato - Can Drainage Projects Against Storm Surge?

Super Typhoon Hato hits Hong Kong in August 2017. Its associated storm surge caused flooding in several low-lying areas. Global warming has led to rising in sea level and the threat of storm surge caused by tropical cyclones will become more frequent. In recent years, a number of drainage projects have commenced. Can these drainage projects protect us against severe storm surge? Please watch the last episode of the special Hato series.
