"Cool Met Stuff" : Special Series for Hato - Upgrading Hato?

A new episode is now available at the "Cool Met Stuff" channel on the Observatory webpage and "MyObservatory" mobile application (programme is broadcasted in Cantonese).

Everyone may still remember the scenes of Hato striking Hong Kong in August 2017. The Observatory produces a special series of "Cool Met Stuff" public education videos on Super Typhoon Hato in response to some questions or myths. In the first episode, let's see the rationale of upgrading Hato to "Super Typhoon" cateogory.
