Hong Kong's summer is generally hot and humid. In this episode, Associate Professor of Department of Physical Education of Hong Kong Baptist University, Dr. Lobo H.T. Louie and Scientific Officer of the Hong Kong Observatory briefly introduce the "Hong Kong Heat Index" to us.
