"Cool Met Stuff" : Summer Sun Protection

During the hot summer days, people will engage in various kinds of outdoor activities and water sports. When staying outdoors, we should take the necessary protective measures to reduce the harmful effect of ultraviolet (UV) radiation to our skin. This episode of "Cool Met Stuff" tells you the effects of UV radiation on us and the protective measures against UV radiation.
