"Cool Met Stuff" : Inedible "Kidney"

A new episode is now available at the "Cool Met Stuff" channel on the Observatory webpage and "MyObservatory" mobile application (programme is broadcast in Cantonese).
Forecasters of the Observatory use various tools to predict the change in wind speed and direction when a typhoon approaches Hong Kong. Some of these tools have interesting names. This episode of "Cool Met Stuff" introduces a tool called "Kidney".
