Hong Kong Observatory Wins Outstanding Service Awards

The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) won eight awards in the 2009 Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme, including the overall Service Enhancement Award in the "Small Department" category. The awards were presented in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 29 September.
