What's New "Cool Met Stuff" : Penumbral lunar eclipse

Three penumbral lunar eclipses will be visible in Hong Kong in 2020. The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff" will introduce how lunar eclipses take place and the difference between the Moon phases and lunar eclipse.
