I would like to write this e-mail to thank for your staff.
Mr. Lai (Senior Officer) called me to answer my question about thunderstorm warning issue, it was out of my expectation.
The attitude of willing to provide assistance in a prompt and professional ways of your staff should be complimented. If other Government departments can do the same, then the conflict between Government and public will be much improved.
