10-minute mean wind direction and speed recorded at various stations in Hong Kong at 10:20 p.m. on 1 September 2023. Local winds were generally northeasterlies, with winds at Cheung Chau, Waglan Island, Green Island and Tate's Cairn reaching hurricane force at the time.
