TROPICAL CYCLONES IN 2013

 

Radar echoes at 3 p.m. on 18 July 2013, when the outer rainbands of Tropical Storm Cimaron were affecting the northern part of the South China Sea. At the time, Cimaron was located about 410 km east-northeast of Hong Kong.
