TROPICAL CYCLONES IN 2013

 

Radar echoes captured at 3 p.m. on 1 July 2013, when the outer rainbands of Severe Tropical Storm Rumbia was affecting Hong Kong. The centre of Rumbia was located about 385 km to the south-southwest of Hong Kong at that time.
