TROPICAL CYCLONES IN 2013

 

Radar echoes captured at 5 a.m. on 22 June 2013, when the outer rainbands of Tropical Storm Bebinca were affecting the southern part of Hong Kong. The centre of Bebinca was located about 370 km to the south-southwest of Hong Kong at that time.
