Radar echoes captured at 1:00 a.m. on 24 July 2012 when the centre of Severe Typhoon Vicente was about 100 km to the southwest of the Hong Kong Observatory. Rainbands associated with Vicente were affecting Hong Kong and the coast of Guangdong.
