Come Visit Us

The Observatory will be open to the public on 21 and 22 March 2009. You are cordially invited to come and see our work, to chat with professional meteorologists, and to find out more about how we exploit hi tech to serve you.

Starting at 4 p.m. on both days, the Director, Mr C Y Lam will autograph for the new book "Weathering the Storms" (please see for details: http://www.weather.gov.hk/en/wxinfo/news/2009/pre0122e.htm).
All members of the public are welcome. No tickets are required but entry will be regulated if necessary.


Date and time: 21 March 2009 (Saturday) and
22 March 2009 (Sunday)

Entrance Opening Hours: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm

Exhibition will close at 5:15pm
Place: Hong Kong Observatory Headquarters,
134A Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

Entrance at Nathan Road near the Tsim Sha Tsui Kaifong Welfare Association. Exit at Observatory Road (see the map below)
