Synchronization of PC clocks for Windows Xp users

Starting from 12 March 2002, the Hong Kong Observatory's Internet time server will be upgraded to cater for the increasing demand. The new server will retain the same domain name, "stdtime.gov.hk". Therefore, the upgrade should have no effect on most users. However, special users are reminded that the IP address will be changed and the original IP address will not be accessible from 15 March 2002 onwards.
