End time when strong wind speed was attained : 18-Oct 10:10 PM;
At the Hong Kong International Airport, start time when strong wind speed was attained: 18-Oct 12:47 PM;
End time when strong wind speed was attained : 18-Oct 6:07 PM;
At Kai Tak, start time when  strong wind speed was attained: 18-Oct 5:24 PM ;
End time when strong wind speed was attained : 18-Oct 6:03 PM;
At Sai Kung, start time when  strong wind speed was attained: 18-Oct 8:41 AM;
End time when strong wind speed was attained : 18-Oct 3:27 PM;
The sustained wind speed did not attain strong force at Lau Fau Shan, Sha Tin, Ta Kwu Ling and Tsing Yi Shell Oil Depot.
