10-minute mean wind direction and speed recorded at various stations in Hong Kong at 4:05 p.m. on 19 September 2025. Local winds were generally north to northwesterlies, with winds at Hong Kong International Airport, Sha Chau, Peng Chau, Green Island and Tate’s Cairn reaching strong force at that time.
