Radar echoes captured at 8:00 a.m. on 19 November 2024.  Man-yi came closest to Hong Kong at that time, skirting past about 370 km south of the territory.  Meanwhile, the outer rainbands associated with Man-yi were affecting the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea.
