Radar echoes captured at 9 p.m. on 9 July 2015, when Linfa was closest to Hong Kong. Linfa had weakened into a tropical storm by then and its centre was about 50 km north of the Observatory Headquarters. Rainbands associated with Linfa were mostly confined to the northern side of its circulation.
