10-minute mean wind direction and speed recorded at various stations in Hong Kong at 4:20 a.m. on 13 October 2021. At that time, winds at Tate’s Cairn reached hurricane force, while winds at Green Island, Ngong Ping, Waglan Island, Cheung Chau and Cheung Chau Beach reached gale force.
