The Observatory winning Community Chest Award again

The Hong Kong Observatory has won the Highest Per Capita Contribution Award again under the Civil Service Category of the Community Chest Community Assistance Raised by Employees (CARE) Scheme of the Employee Contribution Programme 2006/07. This is the fifth consecutive year that the Observatory won the Award. The Award signifies the commitment of the Observatory's staff in caring for the needy.
