Hong Kong Observatory awarded the Promotion Happy Family Award

The Hong Kong Observatory has just been awarded the "Promotion Happy Family Award" organized by Caritas Hong Kong and Family Movement (a Catholic family movement). The award is to recognize corporates which have made efforts in practicing family-friendly policies.

"Family" is one of the nine seeds of happiness under our "Happy Business Programme" launched in 2004. It is our policy to encourage colleagues to spend time with their families and promote a good balance between work and private life. Not only do we look after the career of the colleagues, we also care about their body and mental health.
