2013 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE)

The Hong Kong Observatory has once again been awarded a Certificate of Merit in the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) Sectoral Awards Scheme (Public Organizations and Utilities Sector). This is the fifth consecutive year that the Observatory is awarded a Certificate of Merit for its effort in fostering a green culture and promoting environmentally friendly practices. The HKAEE aims to encourage organizations to adopt green management, to benchmark their commitment towards best practices within their sectors and to acknowledge the green effort of leading businesses and organizations.
