This book reports the disastrous typhoon that hit Hong Kong on 18 September 1906.
This book was published in 1898, with the first chapter written by the founding director of the Observatory, Dr William Doberck in 1886. It analyses the characteristics of tropical cyclones in the South China Sea and the western North Pacific.
