The "Minutes of Talks", signed by the directors of the Hong Kong Observatory and the Peking Weather Centre in 1975 on the establishment of the "Hong Kong - Beijing" dedicated meteorological data line, records a milestone in meteorological cooperation between mainland China and Hong Kong.
