Co-WIN, the Community Weather Information Network is a collaborative effort between the Hong Kong Observatory and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Established in August 2007, Co-WIN aims to raise the community's awareness about weather and climate through hands on educational activities in operating weather stations.
